What is your return policy?
All sales are final. PKCo does not have a return policy on items. Each knife is hand crafted, unique and one of a kind. There is no revolving stock of items. Any concerns with product or quality can be discussed with the maker and a resolution found.
Do you sell gift cards?
As a business based off of the output of one person, gift cards are not available at this time. Commissioning a piece as a gift is an alternate option, commission availability and turnaround subject to open bookings currently in process. Request through our contact form below if interested.
What are the payment options?
All major credit cards and PayPal accepted in cart.
Do you take commissions for custom knives?
The simple answer is "Yes". Commissions are taken on a first come, first served basis and are generally opened to limited spots quarterly. If you are interested in commissioning a custom build, please send your inquiry via email.
